YR3 WK23: WOD #1-3

YR3 WK22: WOD #2-4
The 2nd workout I did last week I started off with the Split Jerks: Split Jerk 3-2-1-1-1 I wanted to work up to a new 1RM since my workout afterwards had heavy overhead anyway.
